Shipping policy

At Zaynur, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping works.

## 1. Order Processing

- All orders are processed within **24–48 hours** of confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or on national holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is placed, and a second notification once it has been dispatched with your tracking details.

## 2. Delivery Timeframes

| Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad | 3–5 working days |
| Other cities in Pakistan | 5–7 working days |
| International orders | 7–14 working days |

Delivery times may extend during sale periods, Eid season, or due to weather and courier delays beyond our control. We will notify you by email or SMS if your order is significantly delayed.

## 3. Shipping Charges

- **Standard delivery within Lahore is Rs. [450], while for other cities, it is Rs. [650].
- **International delivery:** calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.

## 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available on orders within Pakistan.
- Please inspect your parcel before paying the rider, and do not accept a package if the seal appears tampered with.

## 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS from our courier partner, [PostEx]. You can also track your order by logging into your Zaynur account.

## 6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
- If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will attempt redelivery [1–2] more times before returning the parcel to us. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.
