- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it does not constitute our acceptance.
- Your order is confirmed only once you receive a dispatch confirmation email/SMS from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock — in which case a full refund or credit voucher will be issued.
- Orders paid via card that are unavailable will be refunded within [X] working days, as per your bank's processing policy.
